With 15 years in the industry, she got her start as a shampoo assistant at just 15 years old, following in the footsteps of her mom, who’s still happily behind the chair today. She also spent 10 years in New York City, where she refined her craft and developed a love for precision cutting and effortless, lived-in color.

Molly specializes in curly cuts, dry cutting, bangs, and all things short hair, and loves creating highlights with pops of brightness, lived-in brunettes, and classic haircuts that feel timeless and easy to wear.

Outside the salon, you’ll find her flowing through a yoga class, cooking up something delicious, watching horror movies, or reaching for yet another sparkling water (it’s a full-blown addiction). She’s also a proud dog mom to her three pups—Bonnie, Georgie, and Renny who keep life fun outside of work.
